Prof. Guojie Li

Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China

Title:Modeling, Optimal Modulation and Control of Dual Active Bridge Isolated Bidirectional DC/DC Converte



Dr. Guojie Li is professor of electrical engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Tsinghua University, China in 1989 and 1993, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, in 1999. He joined SJTU since 2011.

His research interests include control of wind power and PV power analysis and control, micro-grid, and flexible ac/dc hybrid system. His research is sponsored by the National Science Foundation of China, National Science and Technology, and National power grid, etc. He has authored over 100 technical articles and 22 patents. He is currently serving as an Editorial Board of Protection and Control of Modern Power Systems.

Prof. Seiji Hashimoto


Title:Development of Effective Vibration Power Generators and Their Application to Self-powered Systems


Seiji Hashimoto received the M.E. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Utsunomiya University, Japan, in 1996 and 1999, respectively. He joined the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Oyama National College of Technology. Since 2002, he has been a research associate in Department of Electronic Engineering, Gunma University, where he is now Professor in the Division of Electronics and Informatics. He has consulted for companies in control and energy applications and been a visitor professor in China. He has more than 100 refereed articles and 10 granted and pending patents.His research interests include system identification,motion control, vibration control, energy regenerationand its application to industrial fields. He is currently member of IEEE, IEEJ and SICE.

Prof. Jumpei Baba

University of Tokyo,Japan



Jumpei BABA was born in 1973, Kanagawa, Japan. He received his Ph.D degree from the University of Tokyo in 2001. He joined Tokyo University of Science in 2001, the University of Tokyo in 2003. He is now associate professor of Graduate School of Frontier Sciences, the University of Tokyo. His subject of major interest is the application of power electronics to power grid, demand response and smart grid. He is a nember of IEEE, IEEJ and CSSJ.
